At CATSA Essentials, we specialize in consumable and perishable goods. For this reason, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances, unless the item arrives defective or damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@catsa.us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or issue a store credit.
No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of the products we sell—including, but not limited to, consumable and expirable goods—we cannot accept returns or process refunds, even if the item is unused or unopened. This includes:
